This sound effect can be found on Freesound.org, and was originally a Columbia Pictures effect which was first heard in the 1938 film You Can't Take It with You, and then later used by Disney. One of the whistles included in the effect can also be heard on its own in Explosions - Fireworks . . . bottle rocket . . . whistle and sharp explosion.
