Fredbears and Friends is a 3D free roaming indie horror video game, that was made by a Polish video game developer, named Rarithlynx (Real name is Alexander or Alex.). It is a "fan-game" based on the popular indie horror game franchise Five Nights at Freddy's, featuring characters and locations that are present throughout its series.
The game follows a teenager named Tom, where he is called up by his friend's to ask if he could visit them at the rotting and still aging Fredbear's Family Diner restaurant. The group scour the building, visiting old attractions, and looking if they can find any information about events that happened during the restaurant's time in business. But as the night progresses, thing's start to go wrong. And Tom must figure out a way to survive until 6AM and escape the building, before he is the next victim on the animatronic's hit list.
A demo of the game would be released on August 11, 2017, with an extended version being released 3 months later on November 5. The full release of the game would be released on December 25. All would be hosted on the social community platform, Gamejolt.
Game Description
It has been 26 years since the closure of 'Fredbear and Friends', the restaurant that had once brought joy and happiness, which was shut down for unknown reasons. Four daring teenagers decided to visit it's ruins at night, however, things didn't go as they planned.
