This is a rare sound effect used by Soyuzmultfilm. It was created by Georgy Martinuk in mid-60s. This sound made a possible debut in animated short "Bag with Apples" (rus. Мешок яблок). Later, it used by Armenfilm and Kuibyshevtelefilm. And also by Noriyoshi Oohira.
This sound used mostly for fallings and dizzy moments.
