This is a rare sound effect that can not be found on any (already known) sound effects library, and it is going to be placed in the Unknown Sound Effects Library.
The whistle that is heard in this sound effect is said to have been a Canadian National 5 chime steam whistle, that was worn by Pere Marquette Railroad steam locomotive #1225 or S&A #750's Central of Georgia 5-chime whistle.
However, it's likely that this is just another stock standard wooden train whistle that was used to make this sound, or perhaps a custom built whistle being blown on air.
