It is a recording of a WRRS "mini" crossing bell clanging, and is basically the same sound as G19-12-Multiple Warped Railroad Bell Hits.wav / TRAIN, CROSSING BELL - RINGING, FROM TRAIN PASSING BELL but looped to remove the doppler effect.
