This is a Star Wars/Skywalker Sound sound effects used in many Star Wars movies for jumping into the Hyperspace, and the sounds were designed and created by Ben Burtt. It was all part of an Skywalker Sound SFX cluster, SKYWALKER LASER BLAST SOUND, which is used for beaming into hyperspace.
