This is a Skywalker Sound sound effect. It was possibly recorded by Gary Rydstrom, and debuted in The Lost World: Jurassic Park (1997). It sounds very similar to, but should not be confused with the 8th impact of Sound Ideas, ICE, IMPACT - LARGE ICE CHUNK CRASHING IMPACTS, VARIOUS 02.
