This sound effect can be found on the Series 1000 Sound Effects Library, which was made by Sound Ideas. It is the same track as Animals - Chicken clucking . . . becomes agitated and flaps wings and Chicken Clucks - Series of chicken clucks with mild movement and flapping. It was originally two Major Records/Valentino sound effects called Excited Hen 01 (the 1st half) and Chasing Chickens (the 2nd half). A low pitched version also exists called Valentino Hens.
