this is a sound effect that can be found on QS-3000 Sound Sampler and other 4 Libraries that were made by QS Industries. this is a combination between a generic train chugging sound and a whistle. the whistle heard in this sound effect is a 5 chime steam whistle from a Unknown engine. but it was first thought to be from Atchison Topeka & Santa Fe no. 3415, but since this engine has a 6 chime whistle and did not return to steam until 2008, is not the actual answer.
