this is a sound effect that can be found on QSI Sound Sampler II and other 3 Libraries that were made by QS Industries. this is a combination between a generic train chugging sound and a whistle. the whistle heard in this sound effect is a Pennsylvania Railroad 3 chime from PRR K4 4-6-2 "Pacific" no. 1361 (currently owned by the Railroaders Memorial Museum (RMM) in Altoona, Pennsylvania where is it has been undergoing operational restoration), taked during a steam test.
