This is a rare sound effect used by DePatie-Freleng. It was originally an Warner Bros. sound effect. It includes CARTOON, FALL - LONG CONTINUOUS FALL DOWN STAIRS (which can be found from the Warner Bros. Sound Effects Library, as it's standalone sound effect itself) with the crash sound at the end that sounds similar to, but shouldn't be confused with Warner Bros. Thunder 01.
