This is a rare Disney/Hanna-Barbera sound effect unavailable on any professional sound effects libraries. The bonk part is a much shortened edit of HIT, CARTOON - BIG HEAD BONK, itself also originally a Disney sound effect. It's most often used by Salami Studios, especially in projects with Rick Hinson.
