This is a rare sound effect used by Soyuzmultfilm. It was created by Georgy Martinuk. This sound was recorded in 1964-1965. Later, it used by Armenfilm and Sverdlovsk Studio. And also by Noriyoshi Oohira. In addition to cartoons, this sound was also used in such Lenfilm's comedy movies such as Three Men in a Boat (To Say Nothing of the Dog) (rus. Трое в лодке, не считая собаки). This sound effect usually used for comedy situations, dizzy effects and zips.
This sound not to be confused with reversed version of Tod Dockstader "Laser Gun Ping" Sound.
