This sound effect can be found on Shareware Breakthrough Soundworks, which was made by BeachWare. It originates with the Spike Jones novelty record, "Cocktails for Two". The effect was also released on the Datafile library from Zero-G. Besides the version released on the BeachWare library, there are several other variants of this effect.
