This sound effect can be found on the Network Sound Effects Library, which was made by Network Music and distributed by Sound Ideas. It is a fairly controversial track involving a boy being hit (presumably by another child) and yelling "Ow!" before saying "You hit me!". Due to its' context, it has not been used in modern productions.
