As is, it's not currently available on any professional sound libraries, but it is actually a variation of EXPLOSION - ATOM BOMB EXPLOSION from the Hanna-Barbera Sound Effects Library. It shouldn't be confused with Sound Ideas, THUNDER - SINGLE THUNDER ROLL, WEATHER 02 from the Rocky and Bullwinkle and Friends Sound Effects Library.
