This is a rare sound effect that cannot be found on any (already known) sound effects library. This whistle is known as "Puffa's whistle" from the influence of the 80’s British TV show, Tugs. Its first appearance was in the 1977 movie Wombling Free, and the whistle heard is a Star Brass 5 chime steam whistle that was initially thought to be from Union Pacific steam locomotive #4466. However, this is unlikely to be true as the locomotive was not in operation during 1977.

In addition, #4466 used the Star Brass 5 chime whistle for much shorter periods compared to its current 6 chime whistle. Given this, the true origin of the whistle is currently unknown.
