This sound effect can be found on the Shareware Breakthrough Soundworks by BeachWare. It's the second sproing sound from Sound Ideas, COMEDY, ACCENT - SPROINGS, but is sped up, and with the last few seconds of the sound cut-off. Originally an Audio Fidelity sound effect.
