This sound effect can be found on the Network Sound Effects Library, made by Network Music and distributed by Sound Ideas. Some of the horns are nearly identical to the ones on Cartoon Trax Volume 1. Hanna-Barbera has occasionally used this sound effect as well. It's also included in COMEDY - MONTAGE OF VARIOUS COMEDY EFFECTS 02 on the Universal Studios Sound Effects Library. The first part should not be confused for a reversed version of Rapid Spin Object CRT041601. The second part is Funny Engine Sputters with Horns, originally a Disney sound, with some extra motor sound effects mixed into the effect.
There are two versions of this effect, the version found on the Network library and elsewhere, and the full version, which includes a brake squeaking sound at the end (which was released on the Robert Hall library).
