Joel Valentine Cracking Sound

This is a sound effect designed seemingly designed by Joel Valentine, founder of Twenty-First Century Entertainment (AKA 21st Century Sound Design Corporation). It is mainly used as a sound when cracks are forming on a surface, though at times it is used as a struggling/shaking sound. It is often associated with Blossom's ice breath powers in The Powerpuff Girls.
