Electric Safety From "A" to ZAP is a 1970 animated electrical safety film aimed at children, produced by Consumer Power Company and Portafilms. It involves an intelligent mouse teaching a careless cat about electric energy and how to be careful around it after the cat accidentally electrocutes herself too many times trying to catch the mouse.
