This is a rare sound effect. It was known for a clip of an episode of Hello! Morning with a prairie-dog (which was often mistaken as a chipmunk or gopher). It combines a dramatic music sting, excerpted from the opening of Young Frankenstein (1974), with a portion of Sound Ideas, THUNDER - BIG THUNDER CLAP AND RUMBLE, WEATHER 02.
