This is a rare Disney sound not included on Cartoon Trax Volume 1. It was also one of a handful of Disney sound effects later acquired by Treg Brown for use in the Looney Tunes and Merrie Melodies (and consequently used by studios that regularly used Brown's library). It sounds similar to, but should not be confused for the "whoosh" in Crash Whoosh Ascend CRT017405.
