This is a Disney Sound Effect. it cannot be found in any generic or Disney related SFX Library. Its origin is from an old footage from 1955 called "Dateline DisneyLand" in which it is shown Disney Land Railroad 4-4-0 no. 2 "E. P. Ripley" steaming for a Grand Circle Tour of the Magic Kingdom. the whistle sound was sampled and later reused for the Donald Duck Short "Donald and the Wheel" from 1961.
