This is a Disney sound effect, while not included on Cartoon Trax Volume 1 or Hanna-Barbera Sound Effects Library it was used extensively for Engine No. 2 in that Disney's American Legends "The Brave Engineer". The whistle that is heard in this sound effect is from Chicago, Burlington, and Quincy #4990.
