This is a rare sound effect used by ITE Media. It originally debuted in 1999 season of Danish Hugo game show. Original sound was created by David Filskov using the Roland JV-1080 synthesizer (to create original sound, Filskov expanded his JV-1080 synth with the Roland SR-JV80-02 Orchestral expansion card).
