Age of Zombies is an action-adventure survival horror video game developed and published by Halfbrick Studios. It was released for PlayStation Portable and PlayStation 3 on February 25, 2010 and eventually ported over to iOS later the same year, Android in 2011, and PlayStation Vita and Ouya on January 14, 2014. The game returned as part of Halfbrick+ on May 17, 2023 to both iOS and Android.
Storyline
Evil genius Professor Brains, the main antagonist, creates an army of zombies via the Zomb Bomb and sends them through his Hypertimealogical Transfer Machine to various historic eras to destroy humanity forever. He is interrupted by Barry Steakfries, the protagonist, breaking into his laboratory and killing him off. Barry sets off on a quest to stop the zombie apocalypse, thanks to Brains' HTM. He ends up traveling to certain time eras and encounters various zombies.
