This is a sound effect that used to be available on the now-defunct A1 Free Sound Effects website. There are two different versions of this effect: the original, likely taken from another SFX library (as is the case with many effects in the A1 library), and a replacement re-recorded version intended for A1's "890 Sound Effects" CD (likely recorded by A1 founder Bob Bailey).
