Cyrus Beene proposed to James Novak promising him a house, a garden and a baby. "Happy Birthday, Mr. President".
She was adopted in early Season 2 and christened in "Whiskey Tango Foxtrot."
She is the God daughter of Former President Fitz Grant and Washington D.C Fixer Olivia Pope.
