Ensign Amy Martin was raped by John Hawley, a four-star admiral who is in tight with the president - he is untouchable. Ensign Martin reveals to Olivia that she’s pregnant with John Hawley's baby - She wants Olivia to get her off the Navy ship so she can get an abortion; Olivia makes sure that Ensign gets what she needs. Fitz Grant cannot help Olivia or Ensign because the case is based on a Naval ship in Military quarters and they would not have jurisdiction.
Proving that John raped Ensign, Olivia realizes that the admiral’s right-hand man, Captain Weaver helped falsify Hawley’s alibi. The men switched security badges, a short time later a naval security video is leaked online. It shows the Admiral getting violent with Ensign Martin and Hawley ultimately confesses to the rape.
