Brandon Parker was the son of Clarence Parker.

Found dead in the night shot by a white cop. The cop claimed to have shoot him when Brandon had pulled a knife on him.
Season Four
It was later discovered by Quinn Perkins & & Associates (Formerly Olivia Pope & Associates) and Attorney General David Rosen that on that same night it was revealed that he picked up another perp an hour before the murder. This perp had a knife on him. The cop planted the knife at the scene to make himself innocent to justify the reasons for shooting Brandon. Olivia uncovers this and confronts the cop. We have not seen any footage with this boy alive.
