Assassination and Murders are used throughout Scandal, when a person or an organization needs someone to disappear. This is usually because of leaked information, they know too much information or because the person knows about B613.

- Assassinations are usually ordered by a person in Command or in charge.
- In B613, the orders are given out by either Rowan Pope or Jake Ballard. The orders are given out in the form of "Kill Cards" or formally at a meeting; between Command and an Agent.

- Tom Larsen was ordered by Eli Pope to assassinate Jerry Grant Jr., Fitz Grant's son - "Randy, Red, Superfreak and Julia"
