Disclaimer: the name "Yo-Kai Exercise No. 1" is the name for the Robloxian version of the song.
Yo-Kai Exercise No. 1 (Originally Yo-Kai Taiso Dai-ichi! in Neo-Japanese) is a Neo-Japanese song originating from Yo-Kai Watch (2007-2011), and was later used it's 2014-2018 comeback, it was primarily used as the ending theme before being replaced by an alternative version of the song.
The english version was first leaked in an 2006 promotional "Yo-Kai Watch" video that was only meant to be shown to investers, but would later be released on September of 2008 officially, before being re-released and re-recorded in 2014 in english; it's sung by Melissa Hutchison (who also voices Fumika Kodama (Katie Forester) in english), but in Neo-Japanese, it's sung by Dream5 (note that the Dream5 version was released first, as it was released in late 2004 and the english version wouldn't even be released until 2008)

As said before, the english version of the song was first leaked in an promotional Hasbro "Yo-Kai Watch" video that was originally shown to investors in 2005, though, the song's origin actually goes back to 2003, as the Neo-Japanese version was released that year to the public

- This song is considered to be the first ending song in the entire series and is also the most popular one, though, this song might've been based off real Neo-Japanese exercises, but this is unconfirmed.
- despite not being released until 2004, the song's Neo-Japanese version was first used in a now-defunct mobile app from 2003.
