Wotalika Voltian Vitco, also known as Wotalika, is a stern anti-communist furry and the leader of Anti Communist Action (ACA). His ideological views show that he strongly opposes communism, instead strongly supporting and favoring corporate statism and nationalism. Despite being a furry, he harasses both furries and anti-furries even if his encounters prove to be dangerous. He is very silly and passionate despite his extremist radical viewpoints. He is rich due to the ACA.
Life
Wotalika was born in August 11th, 1996, in Davis Springs, Robloxia. Wotalika's early life is unknown. He was labeled as patriotic and loyal to the Robloxian cause. He made jokes to his friends at his group ACA and is a tolerable member of the Anti Communist Action
Anti Communist Action
In 2016, Wotalika would create the ACA, a group that combats socialism and communism. He had gained 185,000 members and supporters within a few years. He also became rich and financially set by the ACA.
Lawsuit - Mr. Fox vs Wotalika
In mid-2029, Wotalika was sued by the founder of GFAH for "attempted genocide" and Mr. Fox requested for his "immediate arrest" in case they win the case against him.
During the case, Wotalika attempted to quote that GFAH was against their stated mission. However, due to Mr. Fox and the GFAH lawyer coming prepared as of his 2025 hiatus, he then showed the file containing all mission reports that was quoted to be justifiable as they were personally authorized by the URC, and the missions were within jurisdiction. Whereas for ACA/131, they operated illegal operations without prior knowledge.
As a result, the results were that the plaintiff won with the defendant being guilty for:
- Nine counts of mass murder (as of the 2029 Furry Riots)
- A count of leading an illegal protest (as of the 2029 Furry Riots)
- Three counts of private property destruction (as of the Site-12, Site-17 and Site-61 raid)
- A count of local terrorism (as of the failed attack on the LANK Hotel and the indirect attack on the Bloxia Kingdom's politician)
Although there was also an additional charge for assassination, it was removed due to it being an indirect attack and the politician survived the attack. His sentence was decided to be:
- Indefinite imprisonment at the highly strict FOXTROT prison without parole.
- Torture during imprisonment.
- 10,000,000,000,000RBX fine for damages.
Wotalika was found guilty of all charges, and was sent to a holding cell where he would be transferred to FOXTROT prison. A hidden high-ranking member of the ACA recorded the trial, and sent it to people and affiliates of the ACA.
The Breakout
At the middle of the night, ACA hit-squads broke into the jail using explosives. Officers were killed and wounded. They placed thermite on Wotalika's cell door, destroying it, freeing Wotalika. He is taken to a getaway vehicle, and was driven to an unknown destination. The vehicle crashed into a ditch, hurting Wota and his daughter, they left to the forest, with their Hit-squad. Wotalika and his daughter have been going under the radar for a few months before being found by INTERPOL Intelligence Division.
Using the INTERPOL intelligence, Mr. Fox authorized an assassination of Wotalika through International Agency of Contracts, whom were also contracted by the families who were at the trial. The assassination type was selected to be "killed by sniper".
