Description
RSCP-035 appears to be a sample of institutional white colored liquefied neon belonging to the Winning Smile civilization that was created on January 16, 2017, as a way to easily infect Robloxians not possessing their ubiquitous face. What makes it different than Robloxian neon is that while both types of neon are noble gasses, RSCP-035 tends to form covalent bonds with plastic and appears to change the Robloxian's face into the ubiquitous face. RSCP-035 also appears to be liquid regardless of its current temperature and pressure and can only be made non-anomalous by firing a continuous beam of orange photons at it. RSCP-035 also tends to supercool water to ice. In RSCP Foundation experiments, water was supercooled to 24.55 to 27.15 Kelvins and gained insulative properties, preventing infrared photons from entering the ice upon contact of RSCP-035. The amount of water supercooled by RSCP-035 appears to be in same proportion of amount of RSCP-035 that is in close contact with the water. Orange photons, however, can enter the ice, which will cause it to melt it back to its original temperature prior to the supercooling induced by RSCP-035. Initially, one vial of RSCP-035 (which can infect one Robloxian) costed 75 ROBUX, but on December 6, 2019, RSCP-035 vials have been made free, coincidentally when President Roblox announced that free citizens would have more freedom of expression on their accessories. As of February 11, 2021, approximately 100 million vials of RSCP-035 were sold. RSCP-035-1 is the face decal that results in applying RSCP-035 to the face.
RSCP-035-1 partially resembles another face in Robloxia, specifically, the Friendly Face. Like the Friendly Face, RSCP-035-1 has a cartoony appearance with spaced out eyes and a mouth with a gradient between the teeth. Unlike the Friendly Face, RSCP-035-1's mouth is different.
It is commonly believed that the application of RSCP-035 befalls the Robloxian with an uncanny scary curse. Because it is free, the median age of the Robloxians who applied RSCP-035 is significantly low.
RSCP-035 effects on the Robloxian can be undone by firing a continuous beam of photons of orange light.
RSCP-035 was discovered by Mr. Chillington when he was 1,212,932 studs (339 kilometers) above the Roblox surface. He saw an astronaut possessing RSCP-035-1 at 6:06 PM.
Incidents
On February 10, 2022, in Central Bloxmerica on the ██-operated ███████ Prospect, a marine RSCP-035 spill occurred. It was the worst marine RSCP-035 spill in the history of the RSCP-035 industry. The Robloxia federal government estimated the total discharge at █.█ Mbbl, meaning that ██ million vials of RSCP-035 were discharged. After several failed efforts to specially contain the flow and RSCP-035, the well was declared sealed on █████████ ██, ████. Reports in early ████ indicated that the well site was still sealed, and the flow and RSCP-035 was successfully specially contained. The RSCP-035 spill is regarded as one of the largest environmental disasters in Robloxian history. RSCP-035's description was updated to reflect this after the Roblox International Space Station found a new Central Bloxmerican island archipelago located near ███████ Prospect.
