William David Johnson Jr. (August 27, 1790 - May 1, 1873) was a Robloxian politician from Toupee Party who served as governor of Central Robloxia from 1832 to 1866, during which time the state experienced a golden age. He also ran for president several times, but failed to win.

He was born near Rokadia into a middle-class family that supported the Toupee Party. In 1816, he graduated from college in Robloxia City and decided to join the party. From that point on, he ran for Congress in the state, winning a seat in the Senate in 1825. In 1830, he entered the Toupee Party primary and became the vice presidential candidate. However, he and his running mate only received 21% of the vote. Two years later, he decided to run for governor of Central Robloxia. His campaign, with the slogan "Gold for All," gained popularity, and he won with 58% of the vote, a landslide victory over the Reform-Conservative Party candidate. He was soon sworn in as governor.

As governor, he was very popular and soon introduced a number of reforms. He also soon became an abolitionist, working for equality and progress. His first term brought prosperity to the state, making it one of the wealthiest states in the country. It also absorbed several smaller states, whose residents, seeking prosperity, also wanted to join Central Robloxia. In 1840, he decided to run for president again, but he lost in the primary and was not elected. Therefore, he decided to run for reelection as governor. In 1842, he won 65% of the vote in the gubernatorial election and was re-inaugurated. His second term extended the period of prosperity. The state implemented many positive initiatives during this time, and its infrastructure was significantly developed.

In 1850, he won the Toupee Party primary by a large margin and ran for president again, this time as a presidential candidate. He became very popular, and experts estimated he was capable of challenging the position of Eli Vonn Sr. of the Robloxian Conservative Party, who was seeking his second re-election. He surpassed the Robloxian Reform Party candidate in the polls and could expect a similar number of votes to Eli Vonn Sr. Ultimately, he won 39% of the vote, while his opponent won by 2%. This may have led to the disintegration of the Toupee Party, which had been losing popularity for years and was becoming a minor party. In 1852, he won the governorship of Central Robloxia with a 78% majority, securing his second re-election, the party's last success. His third term was characterized by growing tension between pro- and anti-slavery supporters. Abolitionists were more numerous in the north, while supporters in the south were strong. Despite this, a measure of prosperity, which had been slowly declining, was maintained.

In 1860, he ran for president of Robloxia, but won only 7% of the vote, finishing fifth. In early 1861, the Robloxian Civil War broke out. Central Robloxia became one of the main arenas of conflict. The governor decided to side with Robloxia, although the local governments narrowly sided with the Confederate States of Robloxia. In May 1861, he was removed from office and survived an assassination attempt. He managed to escape to the north, where he was declared provisional governor. He decided to continue his political career, but with the collapse of the Toupee Party, he became an independent politician, though he fell into the influence of the Robloxian Conservative Party. After the war ended, he introduced reforms enforcing the ban on slavery and legislation to rebuild the state after the war. He announced that he would resign by the end of 1866. He then supported the Robloxian Conservative Party candidate, who won and took office in December. The former governor then retired. He died in 1873 at the age of 82.

The business's ratings are usually good, especially since he led Central Robloxia to nearly three decades of prosperity. He is now commemorated throughout the state.
