"Welcome to Valerie's Dream Circle.."
Valerie (Born on August 16th, unknown year) is the lead direct of the administration department. She's quite a mystery in the insurgency, mainly because no one knows where she came from. All was known was that she came out of nowhere and protected the engineer from the GFAH. After this she became a medic for the insurgency. Cleaning up and patching wounds, comforting traumatized members. And a lot more, however some members found out about her abilities which no one has seen before. And that is that she can enter a member's dreams, shapeshifting, ect. So they put her as the lead direct of the administration department.


She is a Calm, gentle, and relaxed Woman. She usually keeps her eyes blindfolded for some reason. Some say that her eyes can make a robloxian feel mesmerized/hypnotized, which explains why she blindfolded her eyes so that the members wouldn't go sleepy when looking at her, she was described as calm and quiet, her voice is very relaxing to members, as it eases them after trauma they got from missions or related incidents. Though she could get pissed off if someone were to threaten her beloved co-workers


Abilities

✦ entering Robloxians' dreamscape

She had the ability to enter a Robloxian's dreamscape to spy on them. Either by shapeshifting into an object or using invisibility to spy on them while they are exploring the dream world. The reason she does this? Well it's unknown for now. But mostly to protect the dreamer from danger. Or in some cases just spying on them, she does this to every single insurgency Member. Stalking them in their dreams and writing down what they are doing.

but if the dreamer is on their lowest point. She could soothe and ease them by using a calming melody and singing tone. This causes the dreamer to feel calm and relaxed. It also keeps their sanity high and their heart rate calm. Because Valerie cares about the dreamer's mental health and their sanity. She deeply cares for them and swore to protect them. But if the dreamer is someone she deeply hates, she would make their dreams a living hell.

She would either giggle out of no where or make them hallucinated things, she will do this until they woke up or go insane. She rarely does this because she doesn't have a lot of enemies. Though there are some that she despises. Overall she could either make your dreams heaven or hell. There's no in-between.
✦ Altering dreams

Valerie has the ability to alter dreams of a robloxian. Either changing something, adding a something, adding sentient "npcs" so that the dreamer isn't lonely, or anything in general. But in some cases she can change the dream place entirely. Such as changing the skybox to a different color or changing the terrain to somewhere different. She can change the entire dream place to a different place. Why does she do this? Well because she wanted to make the dreamer feel welcome and safe.

Or in other cases would troll them, she could either add MLG related things in the dream place to mess with them. Overall she does this for fun and doesn't generally hurt the dreamer. Valerie can also add a star symbol in some places to let the dreamer know that she is present in their dreams.
✦ Immortality She's an immortal (because she is the goddess of dreamscapes). Which means she will outlive everyone. Just imagine outliving the entire insurgency and becoming depress- WOAH WHO SAID THAT?? it's the wind not me guys1!1!1
✦ owning her own dreamcircle She has her own Dream world (or dreamcircle) that she controls. There are currently 7 epipelagic dreams, 11 midnight dreams, and 6 hadalpelagic dreams. A total of 24 dreams. But she could add more dreams if she wanted to. It's mainly rng, meaning you don't know what kind of dream you are getting until you get there, but there's a way to force the rng to pick the dream you want to go. Which is simply, you can write the dream name you want to go and place it under your pillow before going to sleep. If you die or fall or fall into the void, don't worry. You'll get respawned/teleported back to the spawn

✦ Epipelagic dreams

    • Epipelagic dreams are normal dreams. To get in epipelagic dreams you simply sleep and that's it. There's nothing special about them, but at least some of them has beautiful scenery, NPCs to talk to, ect. This is perfect for Robloxians who love to relax and explore the dreams. But be careful, because some contain hostile NPCS. So be very careful when exploring certain epipelagic dreams. Recommended to bring a weapon just in case.

✦ Midnight dreams

    • Midnight dreams are a bit special dreams. Because you need to access them by obtaining a mysterious key from one of the epipelagic dreams. Then you need to find a abandoned altar, which is how you access to one of the midnight dreams. You can unlock all of them. What makes them a bit special is that they have items either on sale or free to get, you can even bring them with you in the outside world. But be careful because there's also hostile NPCS. Enter with caution.

✦ hadalpelagic dreams

    • Hadalpelagic dreams are very special and time consuming, because they have long list of tasks and also you need to stay up or dreaming for around 3 days. They are special because you can enjoy the scenery, interact with interested beings, obtain special items, and a lot more. However there's one hadalpelagic dream that is dangerous. Mainly because multiple knights roam around in the dream. So enter the dream with caution unless you want to get beaten up.


Physical Appearance

she has long purple to pink to white hair in a half down and half up curly style. Light skin with dark vitiligo. Dark blueish purple eyes with white eyeshadow, a hydrangea flowers crown with a white translucent veil behind and infront her head, she wears a white dress with a tail cape with a light purplish blue skirt underneath. She has puffy sleeves and gloves with small indigo to pink flowers decorated on the shoulders and on the glove cuffs, she wears purplish indigo stockings with white heels.


She sometimes carry a parasol with her. Her outfit changes depending on the season or theme of the dream.


History

No one knows where Valerie came from before joining the insurgency. But according to historians, she was the goddess of dreams during ancient china. People worship her and prays to get better dreams, but one day Valerie knew she has to seal herself away as someone in disguise. And so she did. She sealed herself away by shapeshifting into a new person, not permanently but this is the sake for her own followers.


She went on her day as a normal Robloxian, talking to others, doing hobbies, ect. She never changes or ages. She stayed young forever, because she's a goddess obviously. She would be walking around with a parasol in different cities. She hates sunlight, she loves rain, she hates people but loves crowds. She's just the average Robloxian. That was until around 2024. While walking somewhere, she saw the engineer being attacked by some people. As a result Valerie came to the rescue and wacks the attackers with her parasol. As a result of them leaving immediately in fear.


She helps the engineer to get up, she introduced herself to him, he gets curious and interested and decided to bring her to the insurgency. Valerie not understanding what the term anti furry means decided to join. Mainly because it's comfy, she became a medic for the insurgency, helping injured members, calming down and reassuring traumatized members and a lot more. She was overall really sweet.


However as time passes. They began to notice something, because in some members's dreams. They have been encountered by Valerie in them. And as a result they began researching about her. And it turns out, that Valerie is a goddess, the goddess of dreamscapes. And Valerie said that she wanted to become a normal Robloxian because being a god is just tiring, but she also enters their dreams so that they feel safe and protected under her wing. As a result she was promoted to lead direct of the administration department.


She would usually chill around. Reading books, moderating logs, ect. And that's is her story of how she became a notable member of the insurgency. Who knew a retired goddess can become something entirely different?

✦ Her presence alone can make a robloxian feel Safe and protected. ✦ she's inspired by frozen soul (DG). ✦ Valerie loves to eat Soup dumplings, specifically ones with chili oil. ✦ she was originally gonna be called yume and apart of the Onyxnite family. But was later changed ✦ according to some Robloxians. She could kick down a titanium door that is 5 inches thick with no force ✦ she is actually a bit chubby, it's just the corset that covers it.

Mainly because she kept trolling him in his dreams ✦ she loves hydrangeas because they remind her of the times where he followers will offer hydrangeas. ✦ she tries to fit in with the modern generation, even using slang like skibidi, rizz, sigma, ect. But she tries to fit in that's all. ✦ if a dreamer dies in real life, they will die in the dream. Valerie would revive them as an NPC. Giving them an second chance. ✦ she would love omori
