Hello everyone. Welcome to Roblox Theory. Today, we will prove that Robloxians are dying of obesity! First of all, we will use a formula given in the video that calculates the amount of watts any species generates with the speed it runs (presumably in miles per hour) as follows:where W is the wattage of the species generating power, and s is the speed of the species running in miles per hour.

A Robloxian runs at the speed of 16 studs per second, which in more standard units is 448 centimeters per second, or in a format compatible with the above, approximately 10.02 miles per hour. We solve to get that Robloxians when they run produce 71.77 watts, or for perspective, 55% of the peak power consumption of a Pentium 4 CPU (central processing unit).

We will now calculate what is 1 MET for a Robloxian. We first find out how much a Robloxian weighs. A Robloxian weighs 12.6 Roblox Mass Units. Utilizing an appropriate conversion factor which can be derived from first principles, we arrive at approximately 277 kilograms. Therefore, one MET for a Robloxian is 0.30157 watts per kilogram. This officially means that our Robloxian would burning approximately 83.41 joules for every second they walk. Also, they would be burning at 18.619 joules per meter, which means our Robloxian would be burning one calorie for every 50.16 seconds they walk. Unfortunately, Roblox food is like tens of thousands of calories (see a blog post by ChikoritaROBLOXHurricanes), so they would never burn those calories. Perhaps that is why Robloxians are so fat?

Depending on the definition of Roblox stud, the result could be different. If Roblox kept the 5 centimeter stud, a Robloxian would actually burn 105 joules for every second they walk. Since that would imply that Roblox food is well proportioned, it might be possible to burn those calories while they do it.

It turns out that the slowest possible way to burn calories on Roblox is to have the stud equal 19.24079 centimeters.
