NPC's
Agency Security Guard
Agency Security Guards, encountered in GFA Sites in low-security areas, wear standard GFA-Security clothing and are armed with an shotgun or SMG. Similar to Anit-Furry Coalition Operatives, they require a specific class of intimiation. They will immediately shoot at enemies if the alarm goes off.
Head of Security
The Head of Security wear a standard uniform. They are armed with a SMG and have the same behavior as security guards.
Agency Operatives
Operatives are encountered only in GFA Sites mid-security areas. They wear standard GFA-Security clothing with helmets and armor, and patrol the mid-security areas of the site. They can open any chip reader and will occasionally go through closed off places. They are armed with an Assault Rifle.
Their intimidation range is much lower compared to regular guards, and if the player leaves them alone for a few seconds they will immediately attempt to shoot the player (if they were not disarmed earlier) or run away to raise the alarm. Taking out any security member will initiate a timer, after which they notice the missing security and raise the alarm. You can avoid this by taking out the control room.
Site Security
Site Security are GFA security guards encountered in GFA Area Sites. They have a panic button and are armed with a Shotgun or an Assault Rifle. There is one Site Security waiting for the player upon their arrival during stealth. They will talk to the player while escort them to the upper shooting range, where they tell them to wait for the research coordinator.
Security Agents
Security Agents look identical to Agency Operatives and are GFA special security encountered in GFA Area Sites. They detect all disguises at a faster rate, and their disguise opens all chip readers. One Security Agent visits the upper shooting range as the research coordinator. They only come if the security escort finishes their dialogue. They are also the only elite type of guards that can be intimidated. They are armed with an SMG or a shotgun.
Insiders
Insiders are special NPC's found in undercover GFA locations.
Detectives
Detectives can only be found in GFA Undercover Locations (specifically a police station or a undercover location). They wear casual clothing and behave the same as security guards, neither can be intimidated and they are both armed with high-damage firearms. Agency Tactical Response Units, Urban Response Unit, and Furry Task Forces are enemies encountered in multiple missions. They are special branches of agency response unit that enemies fights throughout the story. Every ATRU/URU/FTF except snipers can throw grenades on higher difficulties.
Agency Tactical Response Units wear a black tactical uniform, black gloves, a black FAST helmet. Urban Tactical Units wear a green tactical uniform, gloves, a green armored vest, and a green helmet. Furry Task Forces wear grey tactical clothing and a black FAST Helmet. Unlike the ATRU or URU, FTF spawn in immediately once the alarm sounds.
These units are equipped with light armor and generally don't go down as easily as police officers or guards.
Regular Unit
Regular units are the most common units. They come equipped with a Carbine Rifle, a Shotgun, a SMG, or an Assault Rifle.
Standard ATRU Soldiers wear Class-II Scout armor, which provides significant protection against low penetration weapons but is very vulnerable to the high penetration shots. Specific ATRU soldiers, URU and FTF wear III-A Frontline armor, providing significantly more protection from damage. ATRU armor is not visible unlike that of URU and FTF.

When a player enters the line of sight of a sniper, the first shot that sniper fires will be fired after about 1.25 seconds. If the player remains in their line of sight, they will shoot again about once every 7.75 seconds. Snipers fire a shot after a short delay every time the player re-enters their line of sight, not just for their first shot. Snipers do not have damage falloff.
