Mission Report
- At approximately 09:30 EST, one of the several RSCP's transported to the containment site (RSCP-049) had somehow starts a site-wide containment failure, causing several Keter and Euclid-level RSCPs to breach containment. The site is then immediately put under lockdown by the site directorate overseer on-duty and awaiting for Task Force deployment.
- Because of the immediacy of the situation, and the risks of losing precious assets: GFA Furry Task Force Epsilon-11 (Nine-Tailed Forces) operatives are sent into the site shortly afterwards to re-contain the escaped RSCPs and terminate any rogue Class-Ds they encounter. As of 15:50 EST, the site was successfully restored back to stable.
Investigation Notes
- As of the conclusion of the event; GFA-ASMORI (Advanced Security and Military Operations against Raid and Infiltration) department, and RSCP Intelligence Agency start an investigation into the matter. Two days later, investigators ruled the incident cause as sabotage by insiders. The personnel involved in the sabotage pre-incident were identified and summarily terminated by ASMORI, while some were still active; they are currently being traced for elimination ASAP. Reconstruction of the MCS was enacted.
