Nyaruko.swf (full name: Nyaruko’s Birthday Party/ ニャル子の誕生日パーティー) is an 2010 animation by Makoto Ishikawa, it was produced during his college days and was created as a school project that was assigned by his teacher (who’s name will not be released to the public due to privacy reasons), it was a parody of the Nyaruko anime series and it’s premise was made to be very simple so anyone of any age (including children) could understand it.
The video is currently considered to be partially lost media because while a few screenshots from the video have been found, not that much footage has been rediscovered in the ongoing search.
According to Robloxians who have tried, attempting to download the original file from the Roternet archive (Archive.org) will not work because it will say that the file is “corrupted”, and trying to contact Makoto Ishikawa about this animation will usually lead to Ishikawa not responding at all.
There also exists a rumor about this animation being reuploaded on the video-sharing website, BloxTube on September 10th, 2013, however this rumor was later proven to be a hoax after Makoto was asked about it in 2021, in which he admitted that he had not uploaded the video to BloxTube because he was unable to convert the .swf file to a .mp4 file.
“Summary”
The video’s supposed plot is that Mahiro, Hasuta, Kuko, Tamao, Takehiko and Kuune make a surprise party for Nyaruko once they find out that it is her birthday.
