Railroadsia is a small island nation situated above the Bloxia Kingdom with a constitutional monarchy as their government and a population of about 12000. It is recognized by 278 countries including Robloxia.

History

Prehistory (<1540)

Natives, in the form of the Bloxareoans lived on the island. They are the descendants of some Bloxian and Nordic peoples. Before that, the island was submerged in water during the Roblox Ice Age about 30,000 years ago.

Discovery (1540)

In 1540, when Ro-Denmark discovered the future Railroadsian islands, they designated it as a colony, and began settling the land. It was highly valued for its importance to mining, as it was rich with highly profitable minerals. After a brief war with the Bloxians, they lost the islands in 1763.

Pre Independence (1540-1935)

Before Railroadsia was independent, it was considered a colony by the Bloxians. It was officially noted as a colony in 1769, and soon developed the land, and creating a main city now known as Weldingfordshireton to help manage the whole region and serve as a shipping hub in and out of the islands. Mines were created in the area and soon in the mid 1800s, bustling railroads began popping up near mining towns. The Railroadsian isles were oddly very fast to industrialize right after major powers.

Independence (1935-1940)

It was given independence from the Bloxian Kingdom in 1935 by a vote and about a week later they started their own country and began trade with Bloxia the following day.

Railroadsian-Norwegian War (1937)

Shortly after independence, it was heavily attacked by piracy and Ro-Norway in an attempt to claim the valuable resources, where the Railroadsians supported by the Bloxians held bravely against attack after attack, before Ro-Norway attempted to break their lines with a failed push to Weldingfordshireton. Soon in 1940 the attacks ceased and so did piracy, letting Railroadsia expand and take in more people. This resulted in the country growing to where it is now.

Black Gold Age (1940-1960)

Railroadsia more than doubled in size and soon struck oil rich in their waters. The Bloxians are permitted to drill there if they pay heavy taxes. They also received more modern cars including the famous Hellman Blitzo.

Role in Roblox War II (1941-1945)

Railroadsia operated as a glorified submarine hunting post where Robloxian soilders created a military base and small airfield to search for Romarkian submarines. There were plans for it to be invaded by Romarkia, however it never went through. It was briefly attacked by a submarine wolfpack's deck guns which fired apon the port, but was silenced by a Robloxian destroyer escort fleet.

The Great S*** off of 1960 (1960)

An eating competition poisoned almost the entire city of Weldingfordshireton, as it turned out the food was grown on top of a medieval cesspit, causing "le colmatage des toilettes" and backing the sewer system up for 2 weeks, causing an entire airport to be destroyed, and it also almost killed a young Alice I. (this is canon btw, thanks Alice)

August Content Riots (1963)

In August of 1963, several riots sprung up after the senator Content was misusing his power as a senator and helping pass bonkers laws. This resulted in about 60 people storming Weldingfordshireton from an RV camp, and having Content impeached and put on trial in the Hooverville church. A full documentary can be found here. (I, lolpo am NOT dressed as Saddam, it is for a faction in a dif game.)

BR Age (1961-1989)

BR was the leading rail line in Weldingford and Pisswater from 1965 to 1988. Although they are based in Bloxia, they came to Railroadsia to make money off the vast railroad industry there. They quickly took over most of the mainland lines, and RIRR, the previous leading rail company, was stuck to Americatown and Hooverville.

Great Weldingford Sheds Fire (1988)

On the night of November 28th, 1988, an unknown man snuck up to the Weldingford Sheds, where most of BR's engines were stored, in the dead of night and set it ablaze with a fuel can. It burned for several hours and injured multiple people, and was put out the following morning. BR had a major profit loss and closed its doors the following year in Weldingford, and moved to Pisswater. It is theorized that this was done by a RIRR employee or a laid-off BR employee as a month prior, there was a mass layoff of 4000~ employees across the BK and Railroadsian islands.

Connecting to the internet (1990-2005)

Underwater cables were made connecting the BK to Railroadsia, and they soon adopted .rr for government sites and the normal .com for other sites. A few telecom towers were also constructed. This let the people of Railroadsia to easily connect with people outside of their secluded islands.

Present (2005-)

Railroadsia modernized most of its systems around the country and underground power lines became the norm. Tourism also increased in this period.

Camp Goon Massacre (2025)

During the Third Coffee Stained Republic War, CSR Paratroopers entered the temporary hospital of Camp Goon, before holding everyone hostage and after a few hours setting the whole structure ablaze, and began firing apon everyone, including medical staff and civilians. The estimated total is 350 people dead.

Goverment

Railroadsia is a constitutional monarchy ruled by Queen Alice.

Parliament/Legislature

The Railroadsian Parliament is situated in Weldingfordshireton and has exactly 100 seats. There they debate on laws and bills, similarly to the Robloxian system.

Judiciary system

There are several courthouses around the nation, 5 of them to be specific. two in Weldingfordshireton, another in Hooverville, another in Arsdale, and one more in Brickford. One of them in Weldingfordshireton is a supreme court, which acts as an appellate court. The 4 other lower courts act as trial courts, but 3 have sectors to become appellate courts, in which a bench trial takes place.

Police

There are multiple police stations around the region, including a jail in Weldingfordshireton. This is canonically where Notive was held captive after an attempted escape from authorities before being sent back to FOXTROT. The death penalty is still legalized, however there only have been one person executed, being OnnieJest.

Constitution

The constitution of Railroadsia, written in 1936 and known as the "Law of the Isle" are the ground rules of Railroadsia, and a board outside most of the cities explains your rights and laws you cannot break. It is heavily inspired by the Robloxian Constitution.

Flag Design and History

The current flag, designed in 1965, consists of 2 white stripes going diagonally separating a dark blue, representing the ocean, and a greenish color, representing the mountainous grass that engulfs the island. In the center, there is a white circle representing the snow caps of the island's mountains, and the ice that forms there every winter. In the top left, there is a crown, which represents the fair and free monarchy of the island, and 4 stars surrounding a 3 point central one. 3 of the stars represent the 3 counties, one represents the will of the people, and the central 3 point star represents the builders and unity of the island.

Ideology

The nation's ideology is capitalism, however healthcare and education is free.

Views/Rights

Railroadsia's Constitution explains all of your rights, however there are some political views of said government that aren't stated.

Freedoms

Railroadsian citizens enjoy the freedom of speech, press, religion, free healthcare and education, and the right to assemble/protest in civil ways, as well as officers needing warrants for searches (unless there is reasonable suspicion), and having the right to a jury, and you cannot be tried for the same crime twice.

Smoking/Vaping

Smoking and vaping is illegal in most public places but legal in the country. It is very frowned upon however, and is considered "taboo" by the locals. Smoking substances however is highly illegal.

Substances

Dr**gs are highly illegal in Railroadsia. This includes all substances including ones meant to be smoken.

Alcohol

Alcohol is legal in Railroadsia, and there are several pubs you can drink at around the country.

Abortion

Abortion is an inalienable right of the Railroadsian Constitution, however it is uncommon, and most clinics do not offer the service due to lacking resources.

Guns/Firearms

Firearms are legal in Railroadsia for self defense and there are designated hunting grounds. There are still restrictions on what guns you can buy, and for the most part "fast firing compact weapons" (machine pistols, switches, smgs) are illegal, except for Hooverville which has ALL guns legalized besides grenade launchers, and muzzle gernades.

Major Cities/Towns

Although they would be called villages anywhere else, they are still the largest towns in the country. The biggest, being Arsdale, is the county seat of Pisswater. This does not account for towns under 400 population, as they are considered dwellings.

Military/Military Presence

Due to its rich oil fields, Railroadsia has been a prime target for piracy and attacks by other nations, thus it has a decent military for its size.

Railroadsian Militia

RRAG (Railroadsia Air Guard)

Railroads small Air Force consists of a few helicopters and an EWACs Roeing 707 sold to them by Robloxia.

Bloxia Kingdom Oil Guard

Bloxia Kingdom assists in guarding the offshore rigs. In return, they are able to drill oil there. It also defends several ecological hotspots and a sunken, unstable submarine off the coast of the islands.

Zed-8 Airbase

A Bloxian Airbase made to defend the oil rigs. It is offically Bloxian soil and also serves as an embassy.

Industry

Due to large oil and gas fields in the area as well as slate and iron mines, Railroadsia is very rich for its size. It also exports the famous "Ironwood" which is extremely strong.

Barry & Co Builders

Barry & Co Builders is the largest company based Railroadsia, often building many structures including storefronts, bridges, electrical and communications wires, and the Weldingfordshireton harbor and sheds. They have also been contracted by the monarchy to build several government buildings.

Harbor (s)

A decently sized harbor built into the ground is located near the bridge to Hooverville. It includes a few tunnels and storefronts including a fishing store made by the resident "pirate" of Railroads. It supplies most of the resources that cannot be made/grown on the island, and is beneficial for Railroadsia's GDP. There is a similar harbor near Arsdale but it is not as large. It is still used greatly though.

Oil Fields

Although Railroadsia is mostly environmentally-friendly, after oil was found inside Railroadsia's vast commercial waters, it instantly capitalized on it and began drilling for oil on offshore platforms with the help of the BK, thus a share of oil and money is given to them as compensation as well as having a few other oil rigs owned by Bloxian companies.

Slate mines

There are two major slate mines in the country, one closer to Hooverille and another straight ahead from the main rail yard. They both provide excellent income to the country.

Rail lines

Arguably the most famous part of Railroadsia, narrow-gauge lines link every notable part of the islands to each other. There is also an enormous shed built near Weldingfordshireton to store its trains. In Arsdale however, there is also a miniature and a standard gauge line, the standard gauge one cuts through all of the Arsdale islands. Some of the leading rail companies are BR (British Railways) and RIRR (Retro Island Railroad).

RIRR

RIRR or the Retro Isle Railroad is the leading rail company in Weldingford and Americatown. They mostly service steam engines and are based in Hooverville. They also mostly ferry cargo, however do passenger jobs aswell.

BR

BR or Bloxian Railways is the leading rail company in Pisswater and Arsdale and has a vast history with Railroadsia. They also used to operate in Americatown and Weldingfordshireton but they closed their doors after their main shed burnt down. They still operate in Pisswater.

Logging

Hooverville is one of the main exporters for wood including the famous Ironwood, famed for its strength and usage in ships. Arsdale also has a large logging camp situated nearby owned by a Robloxian logging company which pays taxes to the state.

Embassies

Robloxian Embassy (Weldingfordshireton)

The Robloxian embassy located in Weldingfordshireton has multiple resources and is open for visitors.

Bloxian Embassy (Hooverville)

The Bloxia Kingdom embassy is responsible for looking over the Zed-8 airbase that they own and protection of the oil fields and rigs.

National Animals/Plants

National Bird: Nordic Seagull

The Nordic Seagull is a seagull with an abnormally large wingspan of 6 studs, and it uses this to fly for longer periods. It was first sighted in 1853 by a Bloxian scholar.

National plant: Mint plant

The mint plant is often cultivated for its taste in foods and is an export of the country.

Airports

Weldingfordshireton International Airport (WIA)

A small airport which was destroyed during the Great S*** off of 1960. Famously the area where [data expunged] took off, shortly before crashing.

Railroadsia Regional Airport (RIC or RRC)

A decently sized airport built on the northern isle. Built in 1962 it was meant to replace WIA and consists of a concrete runway, a large terminal, a few hangars, a fire station, and a seaplane dock.

Arsdale Aerodrome

A small general aviation airport which serves as a secondary connection for air travel from Bloxia and Ro-Norway. It includes an asphalt runway, some small hangars, an ATC building and small terminal, and grass taxiways and stands.

A small seaplane dock originally used as a military port during RW2.

Fun Facts

• Railroadsia is home to one of the largest narrow-gauge railroads in Eurobloxia.

• For a long time, there were only Fork Model Ts in Weldingfordshireton and Hooverville (most of them didn't work due to their age, so trains were mostly used). They were going to be supplied new cars by the Bloxian Kingdom but the cargo ship sank in a storm, and the next couple ships were delayed thanks to RW2. It wasn't until 1946 that they received more cars.
• Railroadsia did not have a government building at all until early 1936, so in the couple months right after independence they used an unused floor of a dual purpose building being used as a store.
• Alice hates me for no reason.
• Often there are fights in Hooverville, ranging from throwing dodgeballs/fist fights over drinks to full-blown firefights using pistols and other firearms.
• Railroadsia has a street racing problem. To combat this, they made a racetrack near Arsdale.

Facts about the wiki/games it is based in (not canon)

• Railroads, the game where Weldingfordshireton and Hooverville are in has a total of 3M visits.
• I chose Pisswater as the name for one of the counties, and specifically added towns from games which aren't officially recognized as fan games by Alice but are similar to Railroads. One of them, infact called Brickford was actually made by a person who was banned from Railroads.
• Alice is actually the name of Railroads owner
• JailTheDeveloper is the mayor of Arsdale, and also the creator of Railway Builders, a game similar to railroads. Although he canonically holds government status, he dislikes Alice with a passion.
• For the "Major Cities" tab, (SC) means state capitol/county seat and (CC) means capitol city.
• This version of Railroadsia IS TECHNICALLY CANON IN RAILROADS thanks to an extremly implied connection from a gravestone which causes a shipping line affiliated with Railroadsia to be canon. (sorry if im being matpat)
• "Rail-Box Town" and "DRG Town" are both from "copies" of Railroads. DRG is actually approved by Alice however.
• To my knowledge, Railroads is the ONLY f3x game with savable text labels using the RISKRP system.
• Railroads has guns. I'm not joking, its fun asf to have shootouts but its a gamepass, HOWEVER if you shoot someone's hands while they are holding a gun, it will fall from their hands and be able to be picked up AND EDITED USING F3X, which means you can DUPE AND MODIFY THEM, and give them out to people who don't have the gamepass. (its 150 robux)
• I made this entire page on a few crusty school laptops. I had to make it in segments because if I edited too much (more than 2 paragraphs) the tab would freeze up and straight up crash, which made me lose my progress and have to reload the entire site.
• Brickford is in a game made by a team of devs all banned from Railroads in a game called ¨Vlads Little Line.¨ In fact, one of the thumbnails for the game is the game's devs saying "WE HATE RAILROADS!" in an attempt to get back at Alice.
