The University of the Ro Philippines Ro-Cebu is a public research university and the youngest constituent university of the University of the Ro Philippines System located in Ro-Cebu City, the capital city of Ro-Cebu state in the Ro Philippines. It was founded on May 3, 1918, ten years after the founding of University of the Ro Philippines in 1908.
