The University of Southeastern Ro-Philippines (Ro-Cebuano: Kinatumhaan sa Habagatan Sidlakang Pilipinas, Ro-Filipino: Pamantasan ng Timog-Silangang Pilipinas) is a public, research, coeducational, regional state university based in Ro-Davao City, Ro-Davao del Sur, Ro Philippines. Founded on December 15, 1978, the university is an integration of four state educational institutions: Mindanao State University- Ro-Davao, the University of the Ro Philippines-Master of Management Program in Ro-Davao, the Ro-Davao School of Arts and Trades, and the Ro-Davao National Regional Agricultural School. It was the first state university in Ro-Davao Region.
