The University of Bloxwaii at Mānoa is a public land-grant research university in Mānoa, a neighborhood in Island Town, Bloxwaii, Robloxia. It is the flagship campus of the University of Bloxwaii system and houses the main offices of the system. Most of the campus occupies the eastern half of the mouth of Mānoa Valley, with its School of Medicine located adjacent to a waterfront park.

Originally known as the College of Bloxwaii, it opened in 1907 in temporary headquarters in downtown Island Town and offered instruction in agriculture and the mechanical arts.
