The UTGRP is a weapon used in the Robloxian War. It is primarily utilized by the TOGATB (especially the Delta-8 and Epsilon-6 reinforcements ). It stands for "Ultimate Trolling GUI Remote Panel". It is a small device that is a remote version of the UTG.
