Timofey Vetryov (born August 14, 2000 - died August 14, 2020) was an infamous serial killer responsible for the deaths of 20+ police officers.

BACKSTORY

Timofey Vetrov was born on August 14, 2000 to the late Sergei Vetryov. Raised without a mother, Timofey lived quietly, sometimes making friends. At the age of 13, he developed a passion for music, occasionally taking up part-time jobs to make some quick money to buy a guitar.

It would all change on March 15, 2017.

After Timofey’s graduation, his father came to pick him up. On their way home, an unknown police officer pulled over Sergei, supposedly due to speeding. When he got out of the car, Sergei was immediately shot in the chest without reason. Timofey, shocked, went out to help his father, but unfortunately he passed away immediately after being shot. Timofey tried calling for police, and when they arrived, they said it was "self defense" but in reality, the police officers were corrupt, and were being paid by an unknown government official to kill innocent people. Timofey wanted revenge for his father.

With the help of his father’s work friend, Timofey was able to get ahold of a small assortment of weapons, by forging a fake ID. He would then buy a plate carrier at a local gun store, with said fake ID.

The day before the shooting, Timofey would call his friend, Mikhail, showing him the guns and his plan to kill everyone in the police station.

On August 14, 2020, Timofey’s 20th birthday, Timofey would crash his car into the side of a police station. 2 police officers, who were on break, were hit by Timofey when the car crashed. 5 police officers came outside armed with pistols. They shouted at Timofey, to no response. Confused, one of the officers opens the car door, only to get shot in the face by Timofey. 2 other officers standing near the car were shot as well. Timofey came outside the car, and started shooting at the other 2 officers that remainedd outside. He then went inside the police station, shooting an officer on the way. He went into the staff break room and then shot the police officers inside. An officer snuck behind him, and shot Timofey in his hand. Timofey then threw a broken glass bottle at the officer and then threw him into the side of the wall. Proceeding up to the 2nd floor, Timofey went upstairs, then shot 3 officers sat down at their desks. He then shot 2 more at the bottom of the stairs. 2 police cars arrived, and then slowly, the police officers came up to the 2nd floor. Timofey was nowhere to be found. They went back to their cars, but were then shot by Timofey whilst walking back. After that, Timofey slumped down to the floor, pulling out his phone and looking at a picture of his father before taking his own life.


Timofey’s body was found shortly after the incident, with his necklace being given to his sister.

RELATIONSHIPS

  • Katrina Vetryov - Timofey’s sister, who is 12 years older than him. She was very caring towards Timofey, even going as far as to patch up a scar that Timofey got from a fight with some delinquents.
  • Sergei Vetryov - Timofey’s father. Timofey views him as a deity, always helping him through tough times. His death was the reason for Timofey’s murder spree.
  • Clyde Marshall - Sergei’s American work friend. Heard that Timofey wanted revenge, so he lended him a fake ID in order to buy guns. He would also often take care of his once Sergei passed away and when Katrina got a job.
  • Dae-hyeon Hwang - Sergei’s Korean friend, and a fake ID forger. Helped Clyde forge a fake ID for Timofey. Very polite, and once gave Timofey some candy when Timofey was around 12. Died due to a terminal disease.
  • Mikhail Nevaryov - Timofey’s best friend, met when they were at a skate park. Was shown the guns that Timofey used to kill the police officers. Very paranoid individual, often worried for Timofey more than he worries for himself. Was asked by Timofey to be an accomplice, but was too cowardly.

  • Timofey has once eaten dog food, although he never noticed.
  • Timofey dislikes ketchup.
  • Katrina, Timofey’s sister, was 32 at the time of Timofey’s death.
  • Timofey used to visit Katrina’s workplace just to annoy her.

    • His skateboard was thrown away after his death.

  • Timofey worked part-time as a janitor before quitting.
    • This is because he saw a piece of poop on the floor.
