Tier 4 Riot Armor is a type of armor used by the Authority. It is used for diminishing ballistic explosions, concussions, bullets, and trauma to the body. It is known to withstand multiple .50 shots, but it is heavy as it is equipped with pepper spray, ballistic technology, monitor, nightstick, and more tools.
It is a favorite among Authority Security Personnel as it is cheap, easy to obtain, and straightforward to use.
They are also the most stolen protective equipment produced by the Authority. At times, the Riot Armor can be the only thing separating a person between life and death.
