John S. Harris (March 12, 1981 – April 10, 2025) was a Robloxian serial killer who is Rowia's most brutal killers in the 2020's. He was also known as the Rowia Butcher who was a psychopath and never gave mercy to his victims.
The start of the slaughter
Born in the countryside of Muscatblox, he worked as a cattle farmer and would commonly head into town to attend their weekly farmers market selling his week's goods. He would keep this up for years until 2025 when he took his business into Davenport after the closing of the Muscatblox Farmers Market. His first day would be the morning of March 22th when he would open for the weekly farmers market there. He would be greeted by the city's residents and residents from across the Quad City Metro Area. He would write in his journal later that night:
What in the f*ck were those things? Those hair styles, I never saw those horrific things before. Also what were those other things? They looked like animals but yet they spoke and walked like Robloxians. They are all abominations of what is the normal countryside way. They can go back to whatever hellhole they wormed their horrible scented bodies out of. The ones with fur can go back to whatever radioactive wasteland they crawled out of. They ain't normal. Like at first I thought they were in costumes till I saw their eyes blink and their mouths move.
He would write down the identification numbers of the visitors' cars and later that night would start research. He would note each targets' homes and start a checklist of them. Then on the night of March 12th he would begin his hunt. Dressing himself in a empty potato sack that he cut eye holes into and a old trench coat with a sawed-off shotgun and a knife he would enter his old 1990's pickup and drive to his first target's house. His first target would be a Siamese Kemono that made a comment about his outfit being torn up and worn out. He would arrive to their home and take them hostage. He would then take them a wooded area outside of the city and start recording a video on RO-Live Leak where he would strangle the hostage Kemono while saying:
Take note Rowia, your state is in need of cleaning. Rest assured, The Butcher will do that. Some may see me as one of those Anti-Furry Coalition nuts you'd see on the news blowing up a random house. Well I am not one, nor am I a supporter. I will follow the likes of them and others however and cleanse this state of its plagues of abnormalities.

The murders continue
He would after gaining the attention of Rowia State Police kill ten more people that same week. He would be seen killing a Bacon Hair in downtown Davenport, a Slender in Muscatblox, and a Noob in Fairport. Sheriffs would offer a 1,000 RBX reward if the public had any information on who he was. His murdering spree would be cut short in Davenport when a resident called police to report him exiting a neighbor's house. He would flee the scene after stabbing one police officer and choking another. He would be identified by a video he was recording where the victim he was murdering pulled his potato sack off his head. He would be yelling at his victim as he attempted to cut their head off:
YOU STUPID BITCH! THEY KNOW WHO I AM NOW! I GIVE YOU PAINFUL AS FUCK FOR YOUR DEATH!
The manhunt
Rowia State Police and Federal Surveillance Bureau officers would start a manhunt for everywhere in a fifty mile radius to arrest him. His truck would be seen entering Interblox 280 and would be chased down by Rowia Highway Patrol in which their truck would be rammed off the road and he would flee into a marsh. Police would continue pursuit on foot and ATV and on April 10th they would find him hiding near the highway.

He would block himself in on a abandoned ship with one acorn haired woman and would be surrounded by police on all sides. As police boats on the Fox River attempted to close in on him from behind he would shoot and kill his hostage and throw her off the boat. Police would quickly open fire, killing him in seconds. His body would be brought out of the boat and sent for the coroner to verify if it was him, which was confirmed.

Citizens of Davenport, Bettendorf, and every other city of the QCA. We have confirmed that the mass killer known as the Rowia Butcher has been shot dead. In his rampage we have confirmed that he has killed 37 people including three out of state tourists.
