The Penguin Range State, or the Second Penguin Range republic, is a historical country formed after the collapse of the Penguin Range Republic in 1901, though it was called the Penguin Range it was smaller than it's continential size, later the states united into the first UXXR in 1912, but fell after the monarchist party overran them, they exiled them into the reestablished penguin range state, later to reclaim eastern Penguinia
